Never. All the client ever sees is the final price. Supplier costs, commissions and margin are hidden by the structure itself — they simply do not exist on the client side.
In the first phase the Planorix team mediates the price requests and curates the catalog for you — you get organized prices with no phone tag. A supplier self-service portal comes later.
It replaces the seven WhatsApp chats and the spreadsheet — it does not add to them. The platform is the source of truth; WhatsApp stays a channel for notifications and approval links.
