Yes. Planorix is designed for mid-project onboarding — start at any stage, upload your existing plans and documents as initial versions, and backfill the rest later. No need to stop working.
Never. All the client ever sees is the final price. Supplier costs, commissions and margin are hidden by the structure itself — they simply do not exist on the client side.
In the first phase the Planorix team mediates the price requests and curates the catalog for you — you get organized prices with no phone tag. A supplier self-service portal comes later.
It replaces the seven WhatsApp chats and the spreadsheet — it does not add to them. The platform is the source of truth; WhatsApp stays a channel for notifications and approval links.
